What did I like best about this hotel, The Staff. Your staff was amazing. They were helpful, kind, courteous, and totally made you feel like a special guest all the time.

I have nothing to complain about. Food was delicious at breakfast, coffee was always fresh and hot.

Location, free hot breakfast, staff were helpful and friendly.

Toilet in room kept running. Had to take lid off to fix it.

The hot tub was being maintenance and fixed when we were there so we did not get to use it and that was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel

Pet friendly and location

Evening staff wasn't overly friendly. We had no cold water in our room at night. Told the evening staff and it appeared they'd had other complaints. He never apologized just said they knew about it.

This hotel was clean and well-decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quality, with a nice selection. Pool was a nice temperature, and clean.

The coffee was mediocre, and there was no "real" sugar, and no selection of creamer to mask the taste of cheap coffee. Also, the regular roast and dark roast were the exact same coffee. The spa was out of service, wish that had been reported at booking.

Very clean and the breakfast area was continuously being cleaned when no guests were grabbing food.

Pool was not in service, would have liked to know that before booking.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the location was great.

My lower stars are because the bed was SO uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in the mattress, my back hurt horribly, and I barely slept. I changed to a different hotel the next night, and actually got some sleep.

We became ill during our stay & staff was very accommodating. Rooms were very comfortable. Because we had to stay several days, we really appreciated the variety they offered at breakfast, serving different types of eggs & meats during the the week.

A couple of minor were needed in room.

Ran out of eggs a few food breakfast food items, we asked if they were going to restock and 20 min later still not replenished and we had to leave.

The hotel manager made every accommodation for us to use the breakfast room/lounge to prepare wedding flowers and party favors. He was very gracious, and When I asked for a broom to sweep up, he told me not to bother, that his staff would do the clean up.

Very clean, in a good area of town.

There were a LOT of loud noises coming from the hallway and adjoining rooms from 1 am - 3 am, like someone was throwing furniture around. It definitely disturbed our sleep.

I had a procedure at Good Samaritan medical campus. I called the day before for an early check-in and they gladly accommodated me. The in-room mini fridge and microwave useful. And the continental breakfast was an added bonus. Close to town.

Seems to be a little run down discs my last stay. Shower water temperature barely warm.

every person on the staff that I've met or talked with,including member of maintenance have all been excellent.the room didn't have a clock, but other than that it was clean, well maintained. thank you.

I would highly recommend this hotel for future stays. We enjoyed our king room with a view of the mountains in the distance. Room was very clean & in good condition. Front desk staff were pleasant. Fred in maintenance was helpful too!

Nothing major just could have stocked the pool/hot tub towels better. Had to go to the front desk a couple times for towels.

Location, near family. Size of ADA room.

Just curious. Water in toilet tank warmed. When toilet was closed steam condensed and made toilet seat wet.
