The Gunnison Inn at Dos Rios Golf Course

Clean,had view,nice breakfast ,fresh fruit, great coffee.

Nice location on the edge of town, with the golf course as a backdrop.

Small planes flew over a couple times in the morning, but they weren't too loud.

Bed was comfortable

Large stain on carpet in center of room, side chairs were covered in stains

Cute quaint hotel, great location.

Did not like the soaps available. Everything else was great for the price.

Clean and a good selection at breakfast

Rarely see any staff. We didn't have any issues so we didn't need to see or contact anyone, but it is strange to see a staff member once during a 3 day, 2 night stay.

Okay property. Clean but basic. Pretty location with several deer on the property the morning of our stay.

Property definitely does not deserve 3 star status. Linens, towels and breakfast were 2 star, maybe 2.5 star worthy if you squint. Hotel isn¿t bad and I¿m not trying to bash it. Guests with realistic expectations are more satisfied.

The room was very clean. The hotel was slightly out of town.

The room was definitely NOT worth the $--- price for one night. The ¿courtyard view¿ looked at a large green dumpster, a very large pile of gravel rocks, and heavy truck equipment. Breakfast was disappointing with no hot protein and out of coffe

The breakfast buffet had several options to choose from which meet the needs of the people in our group.

$50 charge for a dog which I did not realize until check in. That is more than I have ever paid.

Price and room was nice.

The fact that there is only 2 towels in the room was inconvient for a room with 3 adults. Also need to update to digital locks.

Great hotel, super clean. Recently renovated by the lovely sisters who own it. At check in we were upgraded to a king room with a separate bedroom, sitting area, and Kitchenette. We will definitely stay there anytime or travels take us thru Gunnison.

apparently undergping renovations. landscaping not completed. Our "balcony" was in an empty dirt space.

Nice and clean. Recently and in the process of renovating. My flight was delayed a day so a very clean place to hold up was a blessing.

Breakfast could use some eggs and meat, but that's getting picky. Really nice place.

Stated above, this is an excellent hotel.

This hotel is under construction so a heads up would have been nice. Construction noise isn¿t so bad during work normal hours but these folks started at 6 PM and we¿re still working in the evening.

Renovation work on main building outside isn't finished. It's ugly but just cosmetic.

Room was large and updated. We arrived a bit early, but they let us check in early without any fuss. The breakfast in the morning was great.

Space of the room is more than enough. Clean at all no argument for service either. I would recommend to viewers to check in and try.

Lighting in room kind of harsh, and not layed out to make it easy to work or read.

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, good location for where we wanted to go.

The beds weren't very comfortable, and we could not figure out how to make the bathwater come out the shower head. It's obviously old and needs updates.

The no smoking building smelled like smoke

The room smelled bad and not so sure the sheets were clean. The carpet was disgusting. I guess that's why it's a 2 star.
