Toilet running. Poorly cleaned in hallways and Lobby. Poorly insulated. Room above us was moving furniture. Poor water pressure.

Yes i did not appreciate being banned from the premises when i proved to the front desk i paid for another night by showing them the receipt. The front desk person wouldn't even tell me his name. He just kept repeating this is the front desk

Hotel employee at the front desk is fantastic! She is very pleasant and helpful. She even took an extra moment to answer some questions about the Greeley area and told me events happening during my stay in town.

Homeless people in the parking lot, room was clean but outdated and NOT kept clean.trouble with the toilet flushing and specifically nobody indicated this hotel is next to a railroad line. 2-trains @11-1130m. Overall hotel was a DUMP for the price and

They canceled my reservation without explination and did not reimburse my money! Yes your read that right. Kept my money and refused to check me in!

I liked the room size and layout

I didn't like the overall moral of the staff. They are only willing to clean your room once per week. They also had letters posted on the entry doors asking guests not to place trash or towels in the hall. It was $--- per night for $-- per night quality.

The TV and the shower.

We were told at checkin that we were getting a new renovated room and it was not totally renovated . It needs a lot of finishing touches(trim and paint,). Hallways are very dark.

I thought the staff was very friendly and the location was great. Lobby and breakfast area were nice and very clean.

The rooms were older, tired looked like they needed remodeled, which is probably why they are doing that. I think it well be great. I am looking forward to checking it out once they are done with the remodel.

Nothing, they stole a bunch of money from me while giving me a bug infested room.

Everything, dirty, bug infestation even had a bug exterminator walk into my occupied room unannounced, the GM is by far the worst kind of human there is. Refused to give me my money back even after reporting bugs, worst place to stay in Greely

Not a thing

It was disgusting and dirty with numerous people without housing surrounding the hotel yelling at us while we walked through the parking lot. I also found a toe nail in my bed sheets.

I was checked into a room that was occupied! My room was never made up on three night stay. I had to go to office for clean towels and coffee packets. No refrigerator though description listed. Trains all nights 1/2 block from rooms

The hotel was disgusting and very disappointing. I had to change rooms just to find out that room was just as nasty as the first one. It was too late for me to find another hotel or I would have. I had to sleep with blankets/towels from my own car.

Our lock was busted and the door was cracked in half. The breakfast space was dirty and chairs/tables covered with food and spills.

Nothing was good. Was actually sad for --- a night. At least rooms were clean. Mattress was at least comfortable

Pool was frozen cold was supposed to be heated. Breakfast was just ok. Cereal and waffles no meat or eggs. For --- a night I expected much more than we got. Homeless peoples stuff in elevator stairwells. Glad I was only there to sleep. Torn bed spread.

The room was not clean. It had not been swept under the beds (a lot of hair and dust...gross), food was still in the freezer from someone else. So the housekeeper obviously did not do her or his job.
