Hampton Inn & Suites Greeley

The hotel has a pool.

The beds were an issue…hard, lumpy and squeaky. Even though we checked in at 2:30 a.m. and said we needed a quiet area, we were across from a family with a baby and toddler. Also, the cleaning staff thought it acceptable to yell back and forth.

The pool / hot tub smelled of chlorine that we could not enjoy the facilities. Also, unit was not ready at 4:30. Check-in at 3:00! Had to settle for a unit that was not requested because our unit would have been an additiinal 40 min.

The staff was great and location was perfect for our needs.

The door wouldn?t lock and the room was noisy

There was no hot water, the breakfast was almost bare and the pool/hot tub was closed

Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, although I found the couch uncomfortable for watching TV. Breakfast was just ok with the mini scones being the best part for me.

Like many lower quality hotel rooms, our King Studio here had a refrigerator and heating/cooling register that cycles on and off too loudly, disturbing our sleep. Our room at Homewood Suites, our previous hotel, had a quiet refrigerator and central air.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable.

Pool needed a little maintaining.

The faucet in the bathroom was a bit short - hard to get your hands under it between it and the sink edge.

Property was clean, easy to access and updated.

Great breakfast.

Rooms next to the cleaning staff and laundry facility. Slammed the doors open over, and over again, all day. We could not relax and, or take a much needed nap. Staff needs to be aware of guests need and be QUIETER. Awful.

Breakfast lasted until ten am, it was fully stocked, and there was plenty of seating. The room was HUGE, thank you!

Great rooms for cheap! Also, $10 hold for incidentals is way better than $50. Warm pool and hot tub a plus

While the majority of the staff were rather lovely there was one older woman who was very rude and quick to try and kick me out after over charging me, while still trying to charge me a second time for incidentals.

Party with loud music and terrible wacky weed two doors down. Did get moved to new room hope they fined them for smoking.

Front desk staff rude her name is bell my room was dirty I asket if Somone was going to clean my room she said no that I should of askt now was to late her housekeepers where going home for the day I had to sit down hdyr with trash overflowing from trash

Friendly staff....2nd stay here. Location is close to UNC.

Stains on the both comforters. Breakfast bags were not up to standard for Hilton properties. One suggestion I would make is that families with small children be put on 1st floor. For 2 nights we had kids running and jumping above us After 9:30 P.M.

Very clean, staff very nice

The heater on the wall sounded like an airplane taking off. It woke me up every time it started. Didn't sleep well there.

My teen age daughters thought the animals made out of towels was the coolest thing ever. The pool and hot tub met my youngest daughter and husband's expectations. It was clean. The breakfast was good and filling before we left for our 4 hour drive home

Clean,good Gym, nice breakfast.

Tv. didnt work and they only had one person on staff who had to leave the front unattending trying to fix my TV. She was unable to do so.

It was clean, comfortable, and we received excellent service.

We had to drive a few minutes to get to Loveland, but it was a college weekend and was booked at the closer location.

Comfy bed. Nice looking room. There's always coffee available in the lobby area.
