Pros +

The view was great, so was the location! The bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the cabin. The grounds were pretty. Nice for a retreat area.
It was just outside the RMNP. The hotel offered food and heated pool. The staff were friendly at the desk.
Beautiful spot overlooking the lake and very close to the park entrance.

Cons -

The steps and the incline were not good for my husband. More ramps would have been helpful. We also would have liked A/C, but the fans made the cabin temp bearable during the day.
There was no AC in the cabin we booked. The parking situation is a bit conjested at the area we stayed. The hotel is so far from local eateries in Grand Lake. Just not a great hotel for the hype.
This is a tent, and at almost 9,000 foot elevation it gets cold at night. One extra blanket was provided, but it was still cold. One more would have been nice. At this price, a reading light would be nice.

Location was the only saving grace and beautiful scenic view.

Very very outdated- took this as was advertised as refurbished but wasnÂ¿t the case!
