Bed bugs! Stayed here one night and got multiple bed bugs bites. Not worth the risk to stay here.

It was close to our destination and staff was nice.

The room was ok. It served its purpose. It¿s old with a lot of marks and scratches on the bathroom door. You can hear a lot of strange noises in the room

mostly everything is gross here. even after updates these rooms are still outdated, dirty and old. towels look like the were used and hung back up with no wash. blankets never appear clean and are old. beds haven't been updated for decades.

It was clean and well appointed.

The frig was too loud.

I wasn't charge the correct amount and am still waiting for the problem to be handled. I told the FD the same day of the booking. But still nothing. Kind of disappointed and upset now

It was easily accessible. The manager (owner?) very nice, and very good. If I get to Fairplay again in warmer weather, I will stay in the RV park next to the hotel.

I realize prices are going up, but for a 2star rating, the price was still too high. No breakfast, no internet mentioned, but at least there was a coffee pot and coffee in the room.

Convenient location and friendly helpful staff that accommodated our late check-in time. It's nothing fancy but it was clean and quiet and we got a good night's sleep.

15.00 charge for small dog. The room had been painted, however it was really sloppy and no paint on the ceiling. Nice tile and faux wood flooring. Everything else was really old. No internet connection. I did have a good TV.

Rooms are huge and staff is friendly. This is a cheaper alternative to staying in Breck if on a budget and want a no frills place to sleep. I like the hotel, but know in advance this is gonna be very ¿basic¿ and don¿t get offended when it¿s just that.

Mild to moderate highway noise if you¿re in the room closest to 285. There¿s no breakfast and no hot tub. Room could use some furniture like a couch or comfy chair. A rug at the door to keep snow and ice out of the room would be good.

The beds were horrible and went to shower the next morning and their was no hot water the hotel desperately needs an upgrade

Older setting and fixtures, but everything worked great. The place was exceptionally clean. The water pressure and temperature was excellent. Staff made sure I had what I needed. Very much exceeded my expectations for the price paid.

The rooms were large and clean. The bathroom and kitchen area were a bit dated but clean. Comfortable beds.

The walls were a little thin, we could hear the next room, but to be fair it was little kids running around.

Price is good
