- Historic hotel, beautiful setting
- Great location and recorded a couple ghost sounds. Hotel is quite pretty
- Love the location and history of The Stanley.
Cons -
- LOUD. Old hotel=walls made of paper. Add in people roaming the halls at all hours ghost hunting, screaming when they "see" one, trying out all the doors. Fun, but no sleep.
- Several of the staff were just rude. The steak from the restaurant was absolutely terrible! My husband nor I could bring ourselves to eat more than a couple bites. Paying $--- a night for a tiny room, youd think they'd let you do ghost tour for free-
- room was dirty with mold in the shower, cigarette ashes on the sill, broken window and used water bottles behind the chair and bed.. Our thermostat was stuck at 58. We where told that the lounge was closing at 9 but was pushed away at 7:50.

Historic hotel, beautiful setting

Location, history, clean, friendly staff. We highly recommend The Stanley !
Wouldâ≢ve liked a tub and shower and not a handicap room but itâ≢s still a wonderful experience
