- Friendly staff. The free water was so nice since Denver is so dry.
- Conveniently located to event center.
- The Hotel is excellent. But the best was the staff they could not have been more helpful. Staff were all the best They are ready for promotion.
Cons -
- House keeping service was not available for several days, my room was only cleaned one time during my weeklong stay.
- The breakfast could use some improvement.
- Hotel rooms need a bit more cleaning. Hair was on bathroom floor and shower. Fix the peeling wall paper. This hotel is pet friendly so it did have the small of animals. I will pick somewhere different next time I¿m in Denver.
