Room was very clean.
Besides the fact that the hotel was so clean, the staff was wonderful. Absolutely the best front desk woman checked us in after we had a horrible experience at another hotel. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of!!!

What looked like the front entrance was the back confusing (confusing). Driving up initially to the back made the hotel look destitute. You have to drive around to see the actual front. Even when exiting of the hotel you aren't sure which exit is front.
The initial room I was assigned was being renovated. The shower had a light hanging with electrical wires exposed and a paint cloth covering the floor. Moved to another room. Loud, sketchy guests in other rooms, making me feel unsafe.
They were working on the hotel so I understand some of the problems. But everything was dirty. The lobby, elevator, and hallways were filthy. The room was ok but once you stepped outside the room you could smell cigarette smoke, people loud.

The room was ok but everything else was horrible. It seemed that families of the staff were staying there. Older kids were babysitting younger ones. It seemed that parents were partying. There were people in the parking lot loud at all times. Terrible
