- It was just what we needed, clean and comfortable.
- The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. They had a great selection of snacks and the restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast.
- Front desk staff were exceptional. I called prior to arrival to request a quiet room...and received excellent customer service. Check-in was speedy and very professional. I checked out in the morning and had a lovely conversation with reception staff.

- Cleaning staff were a bit noisy in the hallway in the early morning hours (prior to check-out). They seemed completely unaware that guests might still be sleeping.
- One side of the bed was a little softer.
