Sleep Inn Durango

I love the teal colors (paint and accessories); I liked the colors and the price.

The location, cleanliness, and breakfast are great.

The pillows were tiny (like half size of a normal pillow) and it unfortunately made for a very poor sleep experience.

Quiet location, great pool area, good free breakfast, comfortable bed.

Staff was excellent, friendly very helpful. Room was very clean.

Bathroom was very nice with a big walk in shower BUT water pressure absolutely sucked. Very difficult to get soap off of body. Parking was an issue as property shared parking lot with another hotel and a a medical and surgical practice.

Convenient to airport, nice bistro close by, free parking at hotel

For 4 mornings in a row at 6 am I was woke by the horrible noise of their garbage cans being emptied!! Also the shower had no pressure just a drizzle.

Staff was friendly, hotel seemed very clean, beds were comfy and overall, we had a pleasant night's stay.

clean new well maintained

The front desk staff were very friendly and the rooms were accommodating.

The shower barely had any water pressure. Staff is aware of it, but they are unable to do anything about it. Elevators weren¿t working for the three nights of our stay. Housekeeping did not freshen up our room or provide fresh towels at all.

It was quite clean and the staff was very friendly and wanting to accommodate us.

Walls were ¿thin¿; a party next door sounded like it was in our room. The elevator did not work due to a lightning strike. We were unaware of that till after we checked in. My husband¿s disability made it difficult but the staff was helpful with luggage.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were nice.

Elevator did not work which the staff was very up front about. The guy working here was a little pushy with his restaurant and bar recommendations. Everything was upscale and we were just a bunch of bikers looking for a cold beer and simple food.

This hotel was immaculate! The breakfast had variety & great coffee. Little disappointed the pool was closed one entire day during our 2-day stay for over chlorinating it after cleaning. You¿d think someone would know exactly how much chlorine to add.

Breakfast was good, hotel very clean.

Pool was murky and the hot tub was lukewarm.

Hotel room was clean. Good location. Breakfast was good.

Sleep in was the perfect hotel to stay. Seems like a very new hotel everything was so clean and fresh. Breakfast bar in the morning was delicious I would definitely stay there again

I was very content with everything

Great location, clean and comfortable...also pet friendly.

Front desk service could be more friendly.

I didn't find anything outstanding

front desk was training and could no provide deposit info or pricing. Never answered my question. When I checked in front desk agents were aggressive in questioning my motives for renting a room because I lived in area. Rude rude rude

Great amenities

Room kinda smelled bad like old cologne, pool area and hot tub was very dirty and the hot tub was actually broken.

Location, staff was friendly, hotel room was clean, heater was toasty, came with a 4 cup coffee pot

The room was very clean. It was modern and the bed and shower were both above average.

The location felt like an airport hotel or “off the highway” motel, and it felt like we missed out on the better part of Durango.
