No hot water, had to take cold showers This place is so run down.

room was not clean! poop on toilet seat, stain on sheet, stained carpet, window air conditioning got me sick, leaking sink, only 2 towels and a half used toilet tissue roll for our 2 night stay.

I'd loved the way the bedroom and bathroom were laid out. They provided a good breakfast and the woman at the front desk was great!

The hotel and the room smell like old sweat or mildew, and my room was never touched. The whole time was there a maid never came in empty the trash never came in and made the bed. It’s nothing.

Most of the front desk staff were good

The carpets kind of smelled like urine, the sheets smelled not fresh. I don’t like that you had to ask for room service before a certain time because I was in the hospital with my mother and couldn’t get to the phone in time

There was a rear entrance to the hotel that was supposed to be locked at all times and require a room key to enter, however, the door was never actually locked. The AC unit in the room was fairly loud and made it difficult to fall asleep some nights.

The staff was very helpful

The carpet in our room number 105 was so filthy. Stains all over They should not have carpet. Just bare floors. Maid should then mop every day with those swiffer mops

Staff was very friendly

It needs a lot Cosmetic touchups it starting to look dated and then with those things broken or rundown, makes it look trashy

The front desk staff, she was very sympathetic to our frightening experience.

A couple was told the same room number and were given access to our room and tried enter at 2am! Luckily we had used the security lock so they were unable to enter. This was a very scary experience

The cleanliness

Yes, My duffel bag Was stolen from the laundry area, nobody Would assist me in any Way to help me find it.

Neighbor slams his door and he walks his dogs so it happens quite often during the night

Breakfast was limited. Loud at night. Guests were not overly respectful. Elevator was graffitied one night. Back door was unlocked entire time. Handle for hotel room door barely worked. Towels were small and didn't look very clean.

The smell was horrible walking in the hallway to our room. I had to cover my face with cloth to breathe.

This is where we enjoy staying when we come to Denver. It?s the La Quinta brand that makes everything right. It?s very clean and the staff is always very helpful.

Staff was friendly

The back door was unlocked the management tried to get into my room and told me they didn?t show my room was reserved! Very scary

Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, very polite staff!

It is really far from my job.

The pool

The bathroom sink leaked, the tub wouldn?t drain. The pillows were lumpy and who knows how old. The bed gave both of us a back ache. And the pet fee is exhorbatnent. I generally stay at Hilton and their feel is a flare $75 for as long as you stay

They did not provide bath towels or wash clothes. The phone call to the front desk was not answered to assist.
