The staff at the Desk were pleasant and personal and funny.

There was no hot water!!! The whole time! A refund or partial refund is needed at this point

The cleanliness and the service desk clerk . She was so friendly and she is very professional. Very good at multitasking and treated everyone the same.

The prompt response to move our room from the gentleman at the counter

Disgusting rooms smell of urine, roaches everywhere, ac doesn't work with 100� weather

they left a construction zone a mess and left tools in the walk way and rooms had bugs

The owner is very kind and welcoming. Room was clean and nice. My one week stay has turned into 2 and I¿m extremely grateful. Neighbors are polite and friendly.

No soap in the Rome ludlown shampoo or anything else key cards apparently were not working so I had to have somebody open my room each time for me from the front counter.

Floors were filthy dirty. The white shower mat that I laid down on the floor was brown from all the dirt. Sketchy people were scoping out our vehicle and walking around it multiple times in the middle of the night. Booked a queen and was given 2 doubles.

Way too much noise from other rooms late into the night. Barking dogs in nearby rooms.

Clean little motel. Nice staff. Just a bare bones Motel 6 room, just what I needed as I was doing a job in Denver and just needed a place to sleep and hang out in the evening.

A/C worked well & was quiet.The ice machine worked well.

Shady characters hanging around, Sat pm had some young guy ask me if i had any peanut butter & jelly. was wondering if that was some kind of slang word for drugs. The room was not cleaned until Sat (last night of stay). Killed bugs & swated flies.

Nothing. I am actually annoyed at how they allow for such price gouging. This was better than sleeping in my car.

See above. I had no hot water to shower. I don¿t expect mush from Motel 6 but I expect hot water. Again it was better than sleeping in a car. Maybe.

Staff

Air conditioning blew hot air. Staff were nice and said to park out front so they could watch our vehicle for us, implying that something could happen. The building is very run down with rusty stairs and a hole in the wall where a car crashed into it.

Reservation was for queen size bed; we got a full size bed pushed against the wall along one side. Floor gritty with dirt which stuck to feet. No matter how long we ran the water, there was no hot water at all. Light fixture wires hanging out. More

Easy check in,the room was very clean.and it was quite and peaceful.very close to restaurants and stores.

I like its location and the amenities that it was close to (Target, Starbucks, Nature Grocery, Interstate)

I know that it was a 2 star Motel 6, so I wasn't expecting luxury, but the condition of the room was pretty awful. The floor was SO worn out - possible water damage and the b/r door had holes; Dirty walls, stinky pillows.

Booked a room for one night for myself. Showed up and the staff said I have two beds. Said it's just myself I didn't need an extra bed. She went on to say, "well it's already paid for so nothing we can do about that". Won't use this service ever again.

The room smelled and throughout the night the highway traffic woke me up.

I've become a colorado state tenant being here 34 days and they have turned power off to my room they gave me a no trespassing warning then told me it can't be enforced. James the manager is breaking policies and laws

The rooms were clean and the location was great to get to downtown fairly quickly. Off the freeway enough so not a lot of noise from the freeway.

Absolutely no internet service because need to replace the router. Rooms full of noisy people partying yelling down the hallways playing the loudest music you can imagine really unpleasant. Many appear to live there permanently
