- Clean rooms, friendly staff. The shuttle service was awesome. Great location, comfy beds. For the money, you can't get better

- Nearness to Denver airport.
Cons -
- The front desk manager was defensive when I told him the hair dryer was broken in our room. The hair dryer was worn out - sometimes worked, mostly did not. When I was trying to explain this to the front manager, her was quip and short. Not what I expect
- no refrigerator, microwave. Carpet has tears about 8-12" long, someone's dirty socks behind bed skirt
- Broken items in the room, the bed was horrible, noisy
