For a 3 star hotel, it is not that bad. Room was clean. Location was very near heart of the downtown.
The location
Its modern and the staff was incredibly welcoming

Cons -

We stayed on the second floor. We were provided with two sets of ear plugs but did not know it would get that noisy at night. It was so noisy that we could not sleep at all. I would not stay at this hotel ever.
I had to switch rooms three times due to issues, housekeeping came in in the morning when I was asleep. The walls are also VERY thin.
We arrived at the hotel at 10am (early), but we went to the desk anyway. Only one of our rooms was ready as the were still cleaning our other two rooms. Not a problem at all! It's just I did not receive a text that our room was ready until 3pm.

I liked the feel of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the location.

We arrived at the hotel at 10am (early), but we went to the desk anyway. Only one of our rooms was ready as the were still cleaning our other two rooms. Not a problem at all! It's just I did not receive a text that our room was ready until 3pm.
