Great location
Having to pay $10 through a QR code. If you are going to charge just add to bill or for free give guests a parking pass.

Lots of amenities in surrounding areas for an airport hotel.
The ventilation system was SO LOUD that I could not fall asleep. There was also a tapping in the wall right at the head of my bed that I think was associated with the plumbing or ventilation system. I couldn't turn it off because the room would be too stuffy and then you could hear the elevator dinging and people talking in the halls. The pillows were uncomfortable. I booked it to save $40. Never again.

Big, comfortable room
Shuttle service was a disaster. We booked this hotel because of the shuttle and it didn't come, so we had to pay 50usd for a taxi. Shuttle guy was super rude to me on the phone. Front desk guy was super friendly and warm but unprofessional in the way he talked about the shuttle service - just gave excuses. Lift was broken, doors didn't open on my floor. Breakfast was really bad. Nothing healthy and fresh.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the location was quiet.
I didn't love that you have to pay for parking, and that's not included in the rate. It was nothing special, and I feel like it was rated a bit higher than it merited on booking.com.

Great spot for airport overnight. Everything about stay was excellent. Staff, facility, shuttle, variety of surrounding restaurants (recommend the pizza joint).
Needing to pay separately to park vehicle was frustrating and should be included.

Staff were exceptionally nice including the shuttle driver and front desk receptionist. There are some great restaurants across the parking lot (try the Pho!) Very clean and comfortable rooms and reception. We're already booking another stay.
