Good air conditioner, comfortable beds and average breakfast. The hostess accommodated our choice of being on the first floor versus the second floor.

First room we checked into had a broken TV and the safe was non-working. We were moved into another room. In this room, the floor was buckling near the bathroom. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. The back entrance door was broken and did not lock.
