Quality Inn Delta Gateway to Rocky Mountains

Room was spacious and adequate amenities. Breakfast was included.

I was staying for two nights, but the staff just kept making my key for only one day, thus I kept having to go back to the front desk to get my key updated.

Location and price where good.

Went into the lobby - no one around. Another guest said the front desk guy just walks around. After 20 minutes of waiting (and calling the front desk with no answer) A guy finally showed up to check us in.

Good air conditioner, comfortable beds and average breakfast. The hostess accommodated our choice of being on the first floor versus the second floor.

First room we checked into had a broken TV and the safe was non-working. We were moved into another room. In this room, the floor was buckling near the bathroom. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. The back entrance door was broken and did not lock.

It was a nice hotel for a night or so.

Could have been cleaner, just felt very outdated (which was expected at price point)

This is hands down the best hotel in Delta. Everything you need is literally next door and it¿s the newest. I¿ve stayed at all of them, I know for sure. Clean, quiet, convenient.

Didn¿t like having to hear CNN on the tv in the lobby.

Close to grocery store and places I wanted to check out. Very comfortable room.

Choose better coffee.

It¿s close to town and to our family.

The manager double charged me for my room and refused to fix it.

The location was convenient.

We found a cockroach. My husband is a pest control specialist and so we are sure that¿s what it was. Had my baby in the bath and sent my teenager to ask for a towel since ours weren¿t exchanged the day before and the guy at the desk wouldn¿t give her one

Nothing the guy running it is horrible and kept taking more money off my card 3 days after I left

The 2 girls at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and professional. The manager not so much.

I had to return the cards that open the door 4 times. Frustrating.

The location and it¿s pet friendly

The staff is far too relaxed, no uniform and they brought their kids with them to work. This isn¿t my first stay at the hotel but there issues are the same. The management seems to have a very hands off approach with running this property.

The staff did not wear masks at all. The hotel description said the room would have free Wi-Fi and when we arrived there was a sign on the front desk saying neither Wi-Fi nor cell service were available in the rooms. They should list that in the descripti

Actually didn’t stay. Pulled up, checking in the lobby had some undesirable characters in the lobby. The Sheriff’ then showed up to serve some one, told us there is a homeless camp near the parking lot and cars get broken into. He suggested we leave.

Beds were fairly comfortable and was the best hotel to choose from in the area.

There were stains in the carpet, which for the stars isn't unexpected but still grosses me out a little.

Nothing this time! Breakfast was awful and when we checked out the girl was not friendly, just shrugged her shoulders when we asked her to make sure the room was cleaned since we had to sleep with the window open due to the cigarette smell.

When we got to our room it smelled like smoke so I called the front desk and a girl came to our room and said, "Wow it really smells like cigarette smoke!" She proceeded to spray a can of deodorizer. No discount or room move was offered.
