Pros +
- Proximity to the lifts, ski valet, free parking
- Room with kitchenette was exceptional.
- The room was really nice, large and well equipped. The hotel had nice hot tub. But the restaurant was lacking; only pizza.
Cons -
- Felt a little well loved. Our unit had some holes in the walls, bed was very old and sagging. The side bed was so uncomfortable for my child
- Tough to find a meal in Mt. Crested Butte.
- The sleeping area, which is off the hallway, was very noisy. The room doors were very heavy, and if anyone came or went you could hear them, first thing in the morning or evening. Also, there was no heat in the sleeping area; I froze all night.

The location and the town of Crested Butte is amazing. Brandon the valet driver was outstanding.
We were switched from our original booking to this hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work well even after having maintenance look at it. They never brought our new towels after requesting them. The room had bunk beds as well as our bed which made it smaller. Not as nice as the original hotel we booked. Getting to the lobby was a challenge from our room not on elevator went to it.
