The location is convenient, the rooms were clean, and the beds are very comfortable! The receptionist at the front desk, April was cheerful, helpful, personable and went above and beyond to accommodate us!

The staff was very friendly and always helpful, which made me feel welcome right away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well taken care of.

The only downside was that the location wasn’t ideal, but everything else was great.

The room was comfortable. The pool was nicer than expected. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel was accommodating of a late check-in.

The hallways had a bit of a strange smell. The parking lot had different entrances/exits blocked. The toiletries in the bathroom were not well stocked.

Very good breakfast, with hot food. Large breakfast area with a lot of seating. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Quiet, in spite of being next to the freeway!

Staff was very helpful and persistent in sorting out a problem with payment made to booking.com, which had not yet been transferred to them. It took an hour, but the receptionist finally got it done!

Clean spacious room, attentive staff, well rounded breakfast and clean facilities.

Electronic lock/key entry to room 218. In four days, had to have the keys re imaged to get access to room. New keys also had issue with the door lock, as it would take a minimum of 6 - 8 tries before the light would turn green allowing access, and even then, with the green light, turning the handle cid not allow accesss...try again. It was bothersome, but not a deal breaker. That door lock needs to be repaired or replaced altogether. Thermostat on heat/AC unit needs to be recalibrated, had heat set for 65 after 2 hours, had to shut down heat and open window.

We enjoyed the easy access on & off the I-25 interstate. Very nice , large rooms. Staff was always very Helpful, Friendly. The rooms were mostly refreshed every day. We really enjoyed the large pool and hot tub, so refreshing!We had been traveling for 5 days prior, so having the easy access to laundry right there in the hotel, For a great price was perfect and so convenient! Really enjoyed our stay and will be going back there soon.

Nothing was bad , if we ran out of something they had it at the front desk.

Breakfast was good. Location is great.

Room needs some updating. Pool area needs updating.
