Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Colorado Springs Air Force Academy

The staff were very friendly and polite. They we also attentive to any needs that we had. The location is wonderful, very convenient restaurants and a nearby convenience store. Easy access to the interstate and main thoroughfares. Well lit parking lot. Minimal vagrants, that seem to be permeating portions of Colorado Springs.

Due to the covid protocols, they were not allowing daily room service to exchange towels and such, we did not care for that, but understand the precautions. I assume for the same protocols and labor shortages, the room was not as clean as it could have been, there were some items under the bed from previous occupants, socks, toys and trash, not excessive or enough to complain about, but it seems to be due to the above listed circumstances. All in all, very minor details that did not affect our stay.

The location was perfect for anywhere we wanted to go.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was recently renovated and very nice and comfortable. Very good location on north end of Colorado Springs.

Unfortunately they hadn't finished renovating the breakfast area, but I imagine it will be great when finished.

We ask for 4th floor. Not allowed we were given 2nd floor. Terrible noise above. They were not busy. (Hotel Employee) was manager.

The location was great. In the heart of all the major attractions. Easy to find.

The carpet smelled and pillows were entirely too soft. Good thing I brought my on.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff is exceptional.

The front door is locked at dark for security reasons (which is an excellent decision) but the sigh says it's locked at midnight. I suggest they correct the sign.
