- RUDE staff, elevator broke one day (ADA person couldn't use stairs) turned off water without warning, housekeeping barging in even with do not disturb sign on door. manager unhelpful AWFUL breakfast. This should not be allowed to be a Marriott
- They originally had the hotel setup for ethernet but then even though the plugs were in the wall they were not connected, this would have been nice to know before I booked the room as they could have given me one of the few rooms that still had ethernet.
- There was a lot of trash outside the hotel
