- My curtains were half torn down, the room smelled like urine, and the TV console looked as if it was chewed on. Overall, it felt very dirty
- The beds were small and not very comfortable - although they were very clean.
- The front desk manager had her two dogs walking around lobby and outside entrance without leach. Then saw dogs roaming around breakfast buffet. Pillows were flat. Did not get any room service. The breakfast was sub par. Train whistle and horn all night!
