- The property was clean and well maintained. My room was attended to every day I was there
- It felt like home I was super comfortable. The location was amazing. Everything here felt just right. The breakfast wow amazed me.

- The only thing was that one of the front ladies at night got mad at my son for not using the key to come into the building at night. We were not told we needed to use a key and she was really rude to him. I think she could have told him nicely when she opened the door instead of getting mad at him. The shower door needs to be darker or a curtain or something so families can shower and still use the bathroom at the same time.
- No complementary water in rooms for customers!!That's not acceptable for a Hilton hotel!!I traveled all over the world, never had that issue. General Manager Kiyandi, was very rude with me. He mentioned that I'm not good enough customer to receive complementary water!! Terrible customer service!!

Location and facility
