Cons -

No fresh towels (was told to wash them myself), 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 bar of soap. The worst I have ever seen. Also, had to ask for them to change my bedding it got forgotten!
First arrived wasnÂ¿t very clean. It was dark and not very inviting. Was given a choice of rooms . I checked both rooms there was a smell of rotting food or whatnot on floor l 3 (the first room seen) some type of stain in the bathroom and roaches.
