Nothing, place was dirty and when checked in a give a room. The room still dirty. They haven’t even cleaned it.

Hotel needs an update! Too dirty

Trash, mold, low staffed, no AC in common areas, unsafe conditions in pool area, slide and mud pool closed, overall not cleans

Price was better than other hotels.

Found crumbs on surfaces in the room. Floor was sticky. When we later pulled down the bedding, found hair and crumbs in the bed. This room obviously had NOT been cleaned. Hotel was seriously understaffed. Won't go back.

Everything was below expectation.

1.We had only a cold breakfast 2.room was only provided with clean towels, and trash unless requested. Room keys were difficult to operate.

There was a pool for the kids, but the water in the slide was broke. Water pressure was great in shower.

Very dirty, mold in bathroom shower and behind door. Trash from previous person under beds. I would not go barefoot in my room.

The Location is perfect. The facilities are amazing. They have given the game room, pool and fitness center. Price is very affordable. Very Clean.

Breakfast not much option. Not even egg provided. Only bread and cereals.

My reservation is a 1 king bedroom SUITE but when I checked in the front desk staff said that I only have a regular king bedroom not a suite. I showed them my reservation and they said that the price I paid is not a SUITE.

Tv did not work until staff came to fix it. Coffee pot was not working.

This was a surprisingly, nice hotel, considering the outside doesn?t look all that great. The staff were very nice and helpful and provided additional amenities due to us not expecting to have to stay at a hotel that night.

The pictures show a pool with a waterslide, which is ultimately why we chose this hotel. The waterslide and hot tub or both out of commission, and the bigger pools. Water was kind of cloudy and didn?t appear to be very clean. Breakfast was OK.

There are no working ice machines breakfast food area was small and crowded but seating was nice

Water park looked cool but slide was closed, main reason was this so bummer. Staff was incredibly nice even late at night. Front area looks cool and is nice. Hotel could be very nice if cleaned better. Rooms had wood floors and beds comfy.

Hotel is horribly cleaned. In the halls smelled, outlets had this white dust at bottom and wet at bottom. In the room the toilet had a poo stain on the outer rim, marshmallow behind a bible, food near bed edge. Shower ceiling looked like mold. Chair stain

The front desk staff was rude. I paid for double queen beds but they gave me standard beds instead

Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK.

Pool slide was a draw to this but it wasn?t operating. Hot tub was boarded over. Furniture had bad stains. Ceiling tiles were falling in or missing. AC was leaking and tubs were catching waterfall. Floors were dirty and sticky carpet peeling

Staff cleaned room after first night removing my belongings, apparently not checking with management if I was staying another night or not. All items but some hair cream finally recovered by manager's assistant; manager seemed indifferent to it all.

It had a very large room

The pool was not working and the washing machine were also broken

The staff was friendly and the hotel has a nice gym.

There was a fake eyelash in the shower leftover from the previous person in the room. In the window seals, when I open the curtains. There was marijuana left over. The hallway smelled like mold and mildew. Luckily, the rooms did not smell bad.
