Hampton Inn Alamosa

Friendly staff, clean and new, large room

Breakfast, staff and the pool!

The hotel was conveniently located for me. I was traveling by myself and felt very safe and comfortable there. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will stay there again in the future.

Location

There is no internet. The front desk staff continuously lied about so called internet for my entire stay which was a long weekend to do work on computer. Manager couldn¿t stop talking about how this great internet was coming soon. Filthy laundry room.

Clean and a great breakfast

Room 312 has a noisy air conditioner. We had to move room at 11:30pm because we couldn¿t sleep due to the noise. Next room we got was good.

hot breakfast

walls must be thin very noisy in the halls

Comfortable beds

No one at the check in desk. Had to call a number to get someone to come out.

Nice choices for breakfast. The indoor pool and hot tub were a plus for the kids in the evening. Not too far from food choices and a walmart right across the street in case you needed anything.

It was clean, well kept, in a good location and the staff was very pleasant and helpful! Maids did an excellent job on keeping the room clean. The refrigerator and microwave came in handy.

Breakfasts were not great. They tasted 'prefab', prepared somewhere else and microwaved. They had a full breakfast and if you like a cold breakfast, it was fine.

Pool and hot tub

Was expecting to pay one amount and was charged thirty dollars more. Couldnt except cash. Twenty five dollar refundable charge for damages. These charges were not in the agreement, and knew nothing about them until checkout.

Clean motel. Stayed there during summer vacation. Will return if needing to visit Alamosa.

Congenial staff, overall comfortable environment.

Breakfast, altho generous selection, left a little to be desired as most of these hotel breakfasts do. No real defecits but no real pluses in this.

I liked the free breakfast in AM and pool.

It was dissapointing that we did not get to use pool which is why we booked hotel. They were cleaning it at 10AM way after it was open to swim, so we could not use it. It was hazardous to use so close after dumping chorline. They should do this at 6AM

Amentities were nice

Very slow at check in time, not organized. Took over a half hour to get checked in.

The room's are clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast was nice.

The layout of the room. The bed was situated so that the TV was on the right hand side instead of straight ahead for easier viewing

Convience easy to locate and staff very professional and accommodating.

The sausage and fresh toast sticks we had for breakfast were not good. The first room we checked in was really hot because the A/C didn't work. The 2nd room we moved to was satisfactory

Location, it was a very nice hotel and for the most part very clean

The walls were very thin, I could hear the person next to us snoring the whole night and the fruit in the morning was very old.

The room was clean and all the appliances worked.

The room had a bad smell to it. We had to get some air freshener from the front desk.

nice big room, clean sheets, good breakfast, fast and secure wifi, usb power outlets next to bed, enough parking space.there is a Wallmart supercenter on walking distance to the hotel, so we easily could get drinks and food for on the road

nothing to be mentioned
