- Felt like home, cozy and convenient to many places nearby Woodland Hills.
- The staff and hotel was great

Cons -
- Did not have microwave. Also, was not told by the staff during the check in process about the overnight parking fee of $23/night. It was a surprise charge for me when I received my credit card charges for incidentals used. It was disappointing..
- I didn't like the charge for parking without saying anything and the fact the put a 100 hold on my account and didn't use it when I checked... they charged me separately for the parking
- Room is cleaned every 4th day which was not known prior to booking. Hallways in the hotel lined with trash bins and dirty towels as a result. Water pressure in shower is terrible. Pull out sofa bed is a joke- thin and could feel every spring.
