- Homeless folks walking thru the parking lot in the early morning.
- False advertising. Said they had airport shuttle but did not. Door would not open even staff could not so I was given different room
- Washer/dryer a little pricey.

We liked the employee at the front desk. He was so up beat and friendly
We didn't ask for rooms on first floor and we are disabled. Our bad not the motels
