- The check in was efficient. The beds were comfortable.

Cons -
- The location was marginal at best. It was located under the 5 freeway and the surroundings were unkept and dirty. The TV in the room was tiny. I reserved a king bed room online with my booking, but upon arrival with our small dog, was told we could only have a room with two queens. I'm baffled by the rationale for that. The furniture looked very dated and used.
- The laminate flooring had a few spots where a little tuft of flooring material was sticking up. It snagged my sock.

The price and freeway access drew me in. That it was as clean, comfortable, and as fully equipped as most hotels that cost twice as much was great. Despite being so close to I-5 in a ground-floor room facing the freeway, the road noise was not so bad (perhaps because the freeway is elevated above a tall berm).
