The location
Definitely 4 stars. Clean and crisp. Very nice facilities.

Cons -

Construction before 8AM. No notice on website or door. Volume of the TV could not drown it out. TV functions did not work as advertised. Staff were more eager to check us out than to address our concerns.
The staff was not very helpful. I could not get a cart to transport my luggage to my room. The lady at the front desk stated their are none available. I need towels and shampoo so I called room service twice and they never called me back.
