Dirty. Ants and spiders everywhere. Door won't open. No wifi.
Room had ants on bed, bathroom sink was dirty and room smelled like mold. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Only stayed for one night and canceled because of the reasons mentioned above, yet, I was charged for an night.

I left

Bugs, bugs and bugs. My wife and I had to leave due to severe bug bites at 2am. Very bad place.

Nothing!

Staff was rude and did not address problems. There was a reptile in the first room. And ants all over in the 2nd room. Beds and pillows were definitely uncomfortable. Staff talked to as if they were your parents.

Unibody else was staying there

Dirty, the fridge was unplugged and moldy. The shower was filled with ants. The AC/heater was dirty. They wouldn't give us more than one card key. The furniture was really old and the fabric on the chairs had holes and the stuffing was coming out. Gross.

This place advertised double room double bed for ----roughly. Then when we got there the place was in horrible condition from the front desk to the room. The beds where dirty there were bugs ants in the bathroom. Rusty ice machine. There is nothing nice

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels this place is more like the motel from hell. Last thing is I'm disabled and so I parked in the disabled parking spot and the wife asked me to move my car across the parking lot so she could see her car?? UN-BELIEVABLE

It was clean

Ice machine broke...sheets didn't fit the bed. Cable worked at check-in but did not work after that.

PALMS COURTYARD Inn is the worst Hotel I have ever experienced to date. The bathroom had ants crawling around on the counter, ceiling fan wires exposed fan not working, room smell meldew, room had thick dust in many areas and place is a DUMP.
