Super 8 by Wyndham Walnut Creek

I found a dead bug when I pulled the covers back on my bed. The remote for the t.v. was no where to be found. There were no washcloths ( I was told they were out). The table for dining was not clean. I was not able to eat on it due to it not being clean.

Gave me 1 little towel to use for my long hair and body and no bath mat. Mold in bathroom and toilet would not flush all the way. Fire alarm dismantled.

Left after check in Heater in room did not work, we asked for a refund after 35 min argument with horrible they refunded my credit card, we went down the street to the Marriott

They were dealing drugs in the hotel rooms

There were no upholstered surfaces.

The flooring had huge gaps because it was not installed correctly.

The linens were dirty disgusting might have been bed bugs could not sleep had to leave early. 1. Sheets were covered with dirt 2. Stains 3. Hair under covers gross not mine 4.barley any towels

A staff member named Amy who took the time to listen to my concerns.

Two main desk staff were incredibly rude. Spoke to me as if I were a child. The condition of this hotel is deplorable. It needs a complete remodeling or demolition. Don't waste your money

For the price, location, great beds and shower, plus standard amenities like TV, wifi, fridge, micro, pool, it's all we needed.

Small roomsize, stripped down amenities (no shampoo, one small bar of soap, no coffee maker), fake wood floor with no carpeting, but not unexpected for the super low price.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, clean site as a whole. I would use again, as a budget traveler. The bathtub was large and hot fresh coffee in lobby in the morning.

Budget lodgings so bring earplugs, if needing a solid night's rest. I would still recommend for budget travelers.

The price and the manager was friendly

They wanted to charge over 20% the quoted rate. We worked it out. The freeway noise was awful. Very very loud.

The beds were comfy. The bathtub was large and the shower had great water pressure. Location was perfect for us. Room and parking lot were clean.

It was a little noisy from nearness to freeway but I'd stay there again.

Staff the evening desk attendant was so awesome, and polite, it made us want to return. The room was clean , and smelled so fresh, which isn't the usual.

The shower curtain doesn't really keep the water from hitting the floor, no matter what we did to stop the water from getting on the floor.

Easy to get on/off freeway. Not too far from downtown life.

The bed had body hairs all over in it. Dirty hand prints on the walls and light switches.

The girl at the front desk was efficient, polite, accommodating and helpful. The room was average, but clean and comfortable and we had a pool view which was nice.

The Front Desk Manager was very professional and super nice to us at check-in. Kind and customer friendly is really all I expect at motel 6. We picked the Motel 6 because it was very close to where my son lives and not for any other reason.

For the price, it was an extremely small room and there was hair in the tub and on the floor. Ive worked in many hotel/motels and I always look for cleanliness but am very often disappointed.

The room was adequate for our needs. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager called our room to make sure everything was adequate and if we needed anything.

It was right on a busy street so there was traffic noise. It was not too bad because the room was soundproofed. The noise was so muffled it did not keep me awake. There is no elevator and we were on the second floor.
