- Cocroaches and they don't accept discover and also is only cash deposit
- Didn't have curb appeal and was fairly dirty on the outside, stairwells all the sidewalks going into the first floor stained not kept very clean.
- A few weird Characters hanging around outside¿ coming in and out of first floor rooms.. Drug dealing? Didn¿t feel safe
