The indoor pool for my grandchildren as well as the staff was very accommodating to my additional needs.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The pool was not heated and on the website it says heated cool. That was my only issue. The pool was very cold.

Maybe if I had to pick something. They should change up there breakfast.

I didn?t like that the tv didn?t have Netflix, prime, Hulu, paramount,HBO max, Disney+, I didn?t have the WiFi code

Yes when someone came knock on my door at 12 midnight and breakfast needs to have real breakfast like eggs, toast, hot cakes, I really dont care for coffee but about hot chocolate

The hotel is very ugly. It's a shame about its appearance. The floors are ugly and everywhere smells a lot of marijuana. In the rooms, everything is very damaged. I will never, ever return to this trashy hotel. ¿¿

Everything is horrible and super destroyed and the floors do not have a carpet, the ones with sheets are burned and smell very bad. The rooms do not have curtains to prevent light and to be able to rest. I will never return to this place.

The staff is awesome .

Smells like cigarettes, the complimentary breakfast is one packaged cinnamon roll, elevator takes forever, both windows in my room were broken and would not open, the pool is not heated, and the jacuzzi is Luke warm.

Maintenance & upkeep of hotel was lacking, arrived to find out elevator was broken, only 4th floor available so I had to take stairs to & from my room, very difficult with luggage. Stairway was unsafe, handrails need fixing, filthy & felt unsafe.

Waking distance to stores.

I took my elderly uncle to the hotel for a mini vacation and the room was dirty and the bed sheets were used. It had human fingernails in the bed. Then my uncle had an accident in the bed and they made me pay to wash their bedsheets. This hotel is crap.

Rooms are big and pool is indoor, breakfast was a plus!

the convenient reem with a door brtween the kit area, the comfy bed, the full size frig and the friendly maid who cleaned us up daily.

the light in the bathroom was not working properly. i didn't report it. we slept through the breakfast time. it looked though.

Poorly trained staffed, pool and spa need updated, missing tiles. Stained carpet throughout hotel. Poor selection in the pantry. No parking.

The direct in the suites. The kitchen. The free breakfast.

It was cold at night and across from my room there was a lot of noise. The pool was cold and the Jacuzzi did not work properly.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast included in the cost of the room.\n Was lacking in subsequence, does not even qualify as a continental breakfast. Very disappointing. The breakfast area is not handicapped friendly. Give a call for a person in a world.Chair to operate the hot waffle iron without getting burned. The handicap parking He's located between 50 to a 100 feet from the front door while directly in front of the entrance. Are several non handicap parking spaces. I found that to be ridiculous. I highly dealt that I will ever stay in another best western.Sincerity Gary Scott

I did not like the included breakfast. Comfort inn Provides a much better selection for breakfast items. I Did not like the location of the handicap parking.
