Everyrhing was clean, modern and the staff was amazing. The room was very clean and in good repair.

Location, pool and free breakfast

Room was nice, a little hot. First desk person wasn¿t the friendliest but other than that pool was nice and breakfast was good. Also good location.

Yes" the amount of the deposit plus I did not author a withdrawal the day of payment online. The payment to my understanding was to be made once I arrived at the property not before.

The staff was great. I told them I smell gas coming from the grill and didn¿t see anyone standing out there. They said thank you for notifying us and went directly outside to see what was going on

Unfortunately FD agent was not so friendly, I called for an early chk in rqst I understand its not always available I work at a resort myself in Palm Springs but he was not understanding or friendly when speaking to me. But that didnt ruin my stay

No Meat for breakfast , The Belgian waffles were very good just no meat

Front desk staff were great. They made my kids and I feel very welcome during check in.

This is a nicely appointed hotel with every amenity you could imagine for the Star level. Definitely exceeded our expectations. The rooms are like small apartments and you just feel immediately like you've come home

This was the nicest hotels that I have stayed at. The room was huge and had everything needed for my stay.
