the gentlemen at the front desk were great; personable & communicated well.

took three rooms & upgrade to "suite" to obtain accommodation bcuz the rooms were unsuitable. room #1 was on backside of motel w/ no nearby parking. room #2 had no working TV. so, rep offered $20 upgrade to "suite" (term used loosely).

Nothing at all I want a refund immediately

I did t like anything too many ppl up all night walking and yelling the rooms were hot like a oven..

They advertised the hotel as having a pool, jacuzzi, bar, and restaurant... which it had none of the above... there were no coffee maker or cups in our room and they have no ice machine.

Everything, dirty old, seemed like a weekly hotel for druggies.

Was raided by the police due to a drug bust. Roaches, bed bugs and mold. Worst hotel I¿ve ever seen. Take off your list.

Nothing good about this hotel.

We were double booked with existing customers. The second room assigned was a remodel storage room. The third room was the corner of a downstairs walkway where people hung outside to smoke, talk, wait for? When we turned down the bed there was a dead bug!

See above, there was nothing to like except housekeeping was prompt and helpful the next day.

This place was a disaster!! The worst kind of people not the staff. Screaming and yelling all night. People bumping their car stereo with all four door open late at night. I got 2 hrs of sleep. Someone told me why did you go there you could got stab. SMH

Sorry I would like to rate this hotel experience, but we weren't able too because of technical difficulties.

I did not like that we weren't able to get the room because of payment that had nothing to do with us.

First room was not clean, very old chipped furniture, reaked of smoke I couldn¿t breathe. Asked for another room, slightly better but not much.

Free parking was nice.

Roaches, unable to contact anybody after hours, rude and hostile staff at the front desk. Couldn't move rooms, slept in our car. I was basically told I should have known there were roaches because of the location of the hotel. (In a town I'd never been.)

This hotel houses lots of gang members. This hotel has roaches. The staff don't speak English. The staff took towels and never came back with new ones. The pool was closed. Overall this was a scary environment.

There was nothing I appreciated about this hotel.

Front desk where rude I was trying to ask questions never answered me never looked at my face. The room had no phone I trying calling the hotel I forgot my pillow and no answer until now if like they had no phone connection I will never stay their again.

Nothing. We were afraid to stay so we left. Did not spend the night.

Some shady characters staying there and several tried to engage my son on conversation .

Absolutely nothing, I got a refund.

Literally everything, rooms are filthy, there¿s roaches, and the staff is all dickheads

Their pool was closed and no ice machines were working. my room the coffee maker did not work and one of the night stand lamps did not work

it was fairly clean

When I plugged the coffee maker to the lamp it was sitting next to on the desk (there were two outlets on the bottom of the lamp) i got a shock and flames came out of the outlet and half the lights in the room went out. Staff came reset braker and flames

Room had bullet holes in walls blood on floor walls and carpet and lamp Druggies up all night yelling and standing outside the hotel room door it was HORRIBLE
