The staff was very friendly and make check in very easy. The over all value was good. The rooms were large and very clean.

The parking lot could have used more lighting.

Check in staff was fabulous and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient to the interstate and has good food options nearby. It was not scenic.

New hotel, comfy beds, nice sized room, good breakfast

no one staffs the front desk at all times. It is a new hotel so they are just getting organized. Once we talked to a person the service was first rate!

Put me in room next to ice machine. Noise, vibration, reverberations, from ice machine and/or in room AC unit kept me up most of the evening.

It was very clean. Staff was friendly!

The eggs at breakfast tasted unreal and the bacon was wafer thin. Everything else was great!

The pool was clean and most of the employees were nice. The rooms were very straight forward and clean.

The only thing we didn’t like was when our son went into the breakfast area with no shoes she snapped at him like he was her child and made him get out. She could have looked at us and said something or even just talk to my son politely because he would have done the same

I like how clean it was and the waffle maker.

The power kept cutting on and off in my room and the shower door wouldn't seel so water everywhere I talked to reception first thing that morning I don't think they believed me just asked well how many things did you have plugged up that shouldn't even be a question.

Location was perfect for us.Felt safe in this motel.Bed was comfortable pillows were awesome. Breakfast was great

The movement sensor in the bathroom that turns on the lights during a 3am visit.

Professional team, nice brand new hotel, comfy bed

The gum protection of the shower door is not done properly so all water is leaking out to the bathroom floor. AC is very noisy, we failed to sleep with it, summertime that may be a huge problem.

I liked that the breakfast was included that makes it simple to get your first meal of the day and then you can go on

I loved how clean the hotel and room was. I loved the large shower and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the tv worked and has “sleep” mode which I like to use. The breakfast had good options and they made decaf for me when I asked.

A small detail but a deal breaker for me is the fridge doesn’t have a freezer. I am here for work and bring my lunches to the job site. I wasn’t able to freeze my reusable ice bags so my lunches and drinks weren’t cold at work. They easily could’ve bought mini fridges w freezers but maybe they’re not trying to attract workers. The washing machine didn’t work it was out of order so it was a pain to switch and you have to use an app, not a quarter machine. This wouldn’t have happened had it been a quarters machine. So I lost that $4 and had to waste time calling the app to get a refund. The AC/heat control was hard to understand, there isn’t a simple “heat” or “AC” switch. So when you click the button to toggle through and choose “cool” and set the temp it works but let’s say you’re too cold so you increase the temp from 63 to 66 for example. Then the mode would switch to “heat” on its own. I wanted AC but just not as cold as I had it set and then I was sweating because it had switched from cool to heat on its own simply because I increased the degrees. If there was a dedicated AC vs heat mode switch that wouldn’t happen. So I had to keep it colder than I normally would want. These are details that may not bother other guests.
