The staff that put non smoker in a smoking room that was absolute filthy

They were able to accommodate me when I had to push back my date because of a car accident with less than 24 hour notice and no extra charge. It was a quite place 2 star hotel. across the street from a very good restaurant. I ate there 3 times.

2nd time I didnt have a good stay they over charged us saying no more single beds and woke us up early and made us check out

Location, right off the highway exit. That's about it

It's super trash. The carpet needs to be changed, the bathroom is dirty, the bed needs to be replaced, it's not even leveled. The shower head is completely dirty, the bathroom standing shower is filthy

They were closed due to a power outage and I¿ve been charged anyway.

Best? Nothing. The door bolt was missing and the knob on the door to lock out key access was missing. I felt very, very vulnerable. After trying to relax for an hour I left. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

absolutely nothing. The room was filthy with cockroaches and cigarette burn marks on the bedding, furniture and floors. The room smelled and the cleanliness of everything was poor. The refrigerator was in the room with no where to plug it in.

I bprought all of these issues up with the front desk and was informed that there were no refunds

no soap or shampoo. Only 1 tv channel. Door lock broken. So close to freeway it sounded like you were on it.

Room was filthy. Stained towels, hair in towel, carpets filthy, chair in room looked like it came from under an old greasy car.

There were bugs, the door was hard to open, I had to keep getting the key reset for the door the bed is leaning to the side, The bathroom door jam is all broke and the furniture is really nasty and look like it needs to be cleaned and got burnt holes in i

The fixtures and bedding are worn and in disrepair. The room was dirty and there were missing fixtures - like a wardrobe or clothes rack. I had to hang my clothes on a towel rack in the bathroom.

Everyone that i encountered were very nice

The towels didn¿t look clean and the pillows looked absolutely disgusting!!

It¿s inexpensive

I got called in to work the next day and they would not adjust the booking.

It was available and fairly cheap. Night staff was friendly at check-in.

Broken door lock, unsafe area. Dirty floors & furniture. Four days later, room deposit is still not refunded. Upon first call to inquire, they said ¿must wait 72 hours¿. It¿s well over that, and after a 2nd call, no refund yet, I¿m about to dispute,

I paid 60 dep. Owner said I paid 40. I ran into the person who checked me at the store and he looked at the books and gave me the other20. The owner knows how much deposit is required. I feel he tried to pull a fast one.
