No sheets, wall outlets that work, lost my cane but staff couldn?t understand me.

Manager loaned an air freshener can to help mask odors. Cigarette burns on sheet of one bed and the spread of the other bed. Unusual electrical wiring in bathroom apparently for a fan installation. Broken tile in bathroom lifted out of place on damp foot.

Not clean, decided to chance finding another room after spending one of two reserved nights. See above comments about the room. Manager refunded second nights charge in cash to avoid repaying reservation fee. Said would list me as "no show". Carpet ripped

There is absolutely nothing to like about this hotel.

The worst neighborhood I have ever been in. Suspicious people loitering around every corner. Absolutely the noisiest traffic street I have ever stayed near and the noise lasted all night long. I estimate I slept no more than 20 minutes.

The rate was good for as many days I stayed.

When I booked the room on booking.com I put for 2 people, when I arrived at the motel there was a sign that said $20 extra for more than 1 person. Which is not right, also they did not make sure my ID matched the credit card I used to pay for the room. The room had broken furniture and the wood floor had brown packaging tape on the floor. To fix the problem area. Rooms smelled and bed was not leveled.

If you're looking to be robbed or bitten by bedbugs this is your place!

The manager was rude as hell the place was located in an area that prostitutes hang out. Upon pulling into the parking lot I knew that I wouldn't spend one night inside the building,the house keeper was outside and I asked what the rooms looked like she was honest and stated they were outdated and needed a lot of maintenance.

I love how clean this hotel is. House keeper is so friendly and always there whenever we need anything. Management is so nice and always willing to work with you. Furthermore, the owners here at the economy inn are the Best!!! Always so friendly, caring, and understanding. I had stayed at this hotel room about 3 years ago and from then till now I wouldn't change a thing they are the best hotel I have ever stayed. Thank you economy inn my husband and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to stay and your incredible hotel.

Not sleeping outside

The fire alarm was missing almost every piece of furniture was missing a drawer. No extra security lock. Poor shower head unmopped floors

The bed was comfortable enough to lay in. No rats.

The people in the next room. I did tell 'Manager' , as she told me to do so. There was loud music every night for approximately 2 to 3 hours; people back and forth, in and out of the room/walkway, all afternoon and night; they hung-out around my door; tried to get into my room 3 times; and after moving 'some' of my things, the ones I left behind were searched and more than 13 items are missing.. Clothes, prescriptions, food, drinks, shoes, medical equipment . I only have Sunday dress to wear. Bras, under pants socks, night attire, day attire. Roaches came through the missing area at the bottom of the door., the people upstairs stomped their floor each time I flushed the toilet, the people in that same room next to me bagged on the wall next to the head of the bed, enough to shake my entire room and the items inside of my room.

PRICE $1300 FOR ONE MONTH WITH THE DISCOUNT THEY GAVE ME AS A VETERAN. DONT KNOW IF THEY ALWAYS DO THAT, BUT IT WAS THOUGHTFUL OF THEM.... PLUSE AND MY WIFE GREW UP IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.... VERY COMFORTABLE, QUIET.... MAID SERVICE OS GREAT, ASK AND YOULL RECEIVE...... STORE AND RESTAURANT AROUND AREA.....

NOT TO MUCH BAD TO TALK ABOUT

Had a donut shop and little Caesars next door. Also a gas station close. You could also drive to major food markets that were not even 3 miles down the road.

TV had no sound. Furniture very weak, no drawers. You can't have more than one key to a room (hard for more than one guest)

I had to check out 5 days earlier and I didn't get any type of a refund. It was a family emergency.

The information was all wrong for booking that they had in customer service. Was horrible, they were rude. The maid was very nice, but the rooms were appalling. Appalling and dirty from last use. And no sheets on bed

Nothing because I booked the wrong hotel and I want my money back

Not knowing and being aware that I was getting to wrong hotel room in a whole different state

I paid cash at the hotel and they charged my card also yes I checked out at 11 but had paid when I got there to be charged on my card very disappointing

The bathroom was run down but it made up she was able to accommodate when every one else wouldn't but ended up paying triple

They gave me one half of my deposit 40 dollar deposit

They took half my deposit for no reason and check out was at 10am
