- very close to state beach and Ventura music hall
- Simple check in/out.
Cons -
- External areas needed some modernization
- Forgot my phone charger. Went back in the afternoon to get. Office locked up, ring central bell camera with no response. Nobody to be found for at least an hour. Gave up.
- Could hear the TV of the person in the room next to us at night.
