Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Venice Suites of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please note: The name on the guest credit card must match the name on the guest's valid ID to be able to process the bookings. If using a corporate card, the guest must supply the property with a credit card authorization form completed by the company. This property offers weekly maid service. Please note: Guests must check in at the front desk prior to the posted check in cut off time. Any guest that does not check in before the cutoff time is subject to forfeit their reservation and be assessed the “No Show” penalty fee. Any guest that cannot check in before the check in cut off time must contact the hotel directly prior to the check in cut off time to make arrangements with a front desk staff member for a self- check procedure.
