People were very nice and polite. Very accommodating. They have reduced the amount of riff-raff greatly by restricting parking in the back where the cameras can't see. Good job management! It makes a big difference in the people who "hang out" back there. Keep up the good work. The place is much more under controle. It feels much safer.

The rooms don't have microwaves unless you get a room with a king-sized bed. (Not revealed at time of booking.) They need microwaves in all of their rooms if they are going to compete with the other motels that do. Everyone needs to be able to heat up their leftovers or cook a quick tv dinner. The microwave manufacturers should be able to cut them a deal if they buy any kind of quantity of units.

Upon walking into the office customer service was not very good. When we got the room to our keys noticed that broke down cars people playing loud music windows were busted out, and when opening up the room door, it was nothing like photos. There was blood on the wall, toothpaste and blood are still in the same care on the towels And Erin found behind the refrigerator, soap bar stuck in bathroom sink and inside bathroom tub, visible dirt on curtains blood stains on mattress. This hotel was like a bad scene from a movie.
