Hilton Garden Inn Valencia at Six Flags

Location

The room was out of body wash upon arrival. We requested it on 2 different occasions and never received it. Also they need to step up their security. We had 2 kids “ding dong ditch” the hotel room and trash the gym blaring music and they were not quick.

I have never experienced blind that shut out the lights and it was the best sleep I’ve gotten in a while. Loves it.

No one of the best rooms I’ve had in a long while. My picky daughter even loved her stay.

They charged $15/day for parking

Room was close to main roads. Trucks made the room shake when they drove by. When it rained, the noise of water dripping on metal just outside the window was torture. No sleep at all.

That it was close to six flags

I did not like that I had to pay an additional deposit fee after already completely paying my room in full! I understand how the deposits work! But every time when I fully purchase the room, I NEVER have to pay a deposit. Obviously it matters which hotel

Convenience

It’s old, outdated. Staff is unfriendly. Breakfast was way overpriced at $24. This place is a 2 star with 6 rating at best.

TV did not work but we were comped breakfast. Still a little disappointed.

No greeting from front desk staff ? didn't feel welcomed she had her head buried into her computer while most hotels offer breakfast to there customers this hotel did not

Really large room.

Hallways and elevator need some love.

Clean, quiet, staff was nice and friendly.

Pillows were not comfortable.

The hotel maids were very kind they gave me extra towels. The hotel was in a great location.

The hotel room smelled like dog urine and there was a pee spot in my room also the phone in the room was Not working. I spoke to the front staff but they seemed to not care. The pet pee smell was the worst.

Dirty rooms and public places. Braindead staff.

Location and parking

Front desk Staff was not friendly. I had problems with the tub backing up water and asked for assistance and no one came for 6 hours despite front desk saying they will take care of it. Had to call back again. Maintenance engineer was great and quick.

The front office staff was super friendly and very helpful! The hotel was really nice and clean. Great location for our trip. Highly recommend! Cannot stress enough how great the staff is!!

The only thing lacking in this hotel is a small store where you can buy personal items that you may have forgotten at home. The only complaint I have id the cost of the breakfast. A little pricey. Other than that though, we loved staying here.

Excellent location minutes from Six Flags Magic Mountain. Modern, clean rooms, good amenities.

It would be nice if a shuttle to Six Flags was offered

We called 24 hours in advance to cancel one of our rooms but were unable to because there was no manager to help us. When we arrived we were told that would still get charged the room even if we didn't use it.

door had a large gap that allowed a lot of light from the hallway into the room. Also gap was so large u could see through it n could see the carpet in the hallway.

Fantastic location! clean room, first time at a Hilton and it didnt disappoint!
