The blood that stayed on my bathroom countertop upon checking in for three days

Complimentary breakfast, spacious rooms with the kitchenette, outdoor seating view, front desk was very nice, attentive, and responsive . Waffle station was good.

Blinking green lights of smoke detectors making it hard to sleep; can provide more options of protein more often such as sausage and bacon; replace coffee more quickly; ran out of hot chocolate powder.

Room was great and staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and made start of day perfect

I don't think I had a single interaction with staff other than checkin but I know hotels are making this a standard now - i just miss a nice greeting when entering hotels

The vehicle charging stations were blocked by other cars and the thermostat kept coming on in the middle of the night turning on the air conditioner even though I had it off.

Pleasantly surprised by the amenities in our room and the overall facility. The hotel staff were very helpful and professional.

The breakfast selections were not the best. The offset was that the staff kept the area immaculate, they were very friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and food selections were replenished as needed.

Did not like when I booked the hotel they did not specify that there would be $100 holding fee. although this was returned at checkout.

The soaps and amenities limited and out of stock of compline mouthwash? Manager should always improvise and buy items that are supposedly out of stock due to delivery issues to make sure patrons do not go without. Coffee was out by noon

Room was clean, Bed was comfy and breakfast was good. They have good amenities and nice pool area/ lounge area.

Wish the A/C would go lower than 69 deg.! And it was loud when turning on and off

Suites were clean and comfortable.

Some of the guests were unruly, but staff immediately handled the situation when they were notified.

It was clean, the people were friendly/ pleasant. The breakfast was fabulous, every day. The pool was awesome, but the lack of a hot tub was disappointing. Comfy bed, nice kitchen, and big shower

No hot tub, no restaurant.

You have to stay 4 nights or more to have your room cleaned. They say it's due to COVID. This hotel is still using this excuse. No staff member wears masks, no social distancing. BTW,the breakfast is horrible.

Hotel is new, but very poorly maintained. Highway noise. Management blames cheap construction and furnishings solely on mandate from Hilton. Management is abusive and gaslights using comments that are harmful to guests.

Very clean hotel overall and the room was nice.

I was made to wear a mask, which I'm ok if that's the rule and I'm asked. However, hotel staff at both the front desk and house cleaning were seen not wearing their mask properly or at all. Can't enforce rules you don't follow yourself.
