Residence Inn by Marriott Valencia

The room had more amenities then most hotels. The garage parking was a plus

The hotel lacked any experience on handling a situation that I had in the hotel room. There was a serious leak on the kitchen floor causing me to slip. The GM was callus regarding the situation and was aggressive towards me. I will contact corp.

The easy check in. The overall Appearance. The outside pool area was great for gathering and cooking!

Rooms were decent size, breakfast and coffee was good.

They should have fresh water out for guest. Fountain water is not good.

The breakfast in the morning was AMAZING. It was a very nice room with a functioning yet cute kitchen.

The location

The staff was not Friendly did not treat guest equally they put me in a room with no AC and had me move out at 1am to another room when I ask why the AC wasn't inspected prior to reservation. Overall terrible experience

Lobby music was loud. We can hear it from the second floor. I spoke with the front desk person. She said to let them know next time it is loud and they will lower it down. Shouldn¿t they know the volume by now? The staff was not friendly.

Location and near Six Flags Magic Mountain. Staff was friendly. Hotel lobby and room were very clean.

Beautiful room w/ comfortable bed. The entire set up of room was wonderful & loved the view. The staff was welcoming upon arrival. While in San Diego I was raving about how great my stay was at your hotel.

There was nothing I did not like. I had a bit of a hard time with the washer & dryers because of the download and process. I am glad I am savy in that area yet still struggled I just wonder how an elderly person could handle that process.

Front desk personnel were fantastic. The maintenance/ cleaning crew was not up to their best.

Had a large stain on the carpet and they ran out of food both mornings for breakfast

Clean, very comfortable Staff very friendly.

Only 1 small complaint. For a place that accommodates people for an extended stay, it needs more than just 3 carts to get all belongings up to your room. Went grocery shopping case of water etc and not one cart could be found. The staff said only 3 for the entire building. Had to make several trips to our room. The staff was very helpful trying to locate one, even looked on the cameras.

Easy to get to. It’s quiet and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Location and really clean

Breakfast was not ready mainly all items ran out. Everyone was waiting either for eggs, tortillas, sausage, cold bar, waffle batter, cups or forks and coffee! Need to be prepared if they know they have full booking! Also hot water took more than five minutes to come out .
