    Pros +

    • Right on the lake - a beautiful view from the lawn.
    • We caught and cooked trout at their outdoor facilities. Great view of the lake from the room, and sitting on porch. They let me borrow a toaster.
    • Location was private, especially nice off season.

    Cons -

    • Concerns the room would not be ready. Check-in is 3, we arrived at 3:20. The room had a horrible smell of chemical cleaner. There were dirt smudges on the walls and on the bathroom door. It was filthy. My children and I did not end up staying.
    • Room was visibility dirty. Very noisy at night (road, paper thin walls, noisy water heater). No restaurant. Beach covered in weeds. Everything is in much worse condition than when photos were taken. Definitely not a 3 star hotel as listed.
    • **Warning: Staff did not wear masks!** Room was not clean, we had to ask for cleaning supplies for microwave (yuck) and sink. Loud fan would kick in every so often and disturb our sleep.

Very clean, esp important during COVID.very helpful staff-gave us Kayaks to use, extra towels quickly upon asking and even a surprise bottle Of champagne and chocolates for the New Year’s Eve. would stay again.for 2 adults 2 kids recommend taking 2 rooms

Room is super clean, kitchen nicely equipped for 4,nice balcony to sit and eat when warm but room is small and kitchen Very small. For 2 adults 2 kids recommend taking 2 connected rooms or the 2 bedrooms unit. Otherwise was perfect stay and recommend!!
