Great location close to many restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, bank, theater.. etc

This hotel housed many unhoused people, some have big dogs. Hotel hallway smell people smoke marijuana and cigarettes. 🤮 Hotel guests have to constantly watch out for big bog's 💩 around outside the horel

The staff is awesome, & there's never any noise from other guest & sometimes I stay there alone, but I feel safe.

The price

Dirty room no maid service. Mini muffins is all they offered for bresjfasy

Best part was the the mini kitchen in the rooms

There was a lot of things. From the roaches. To most of the staff being rude. The room was really musty

Location, room size was perfect and the staff were very good. Everything was in walking distance and very safe to walk in area.

bed was not comfortable, bathroom was not clean esp, the tube and breakfast was okay but nothing really on the weekends-just muffin and coffee

Clean, quiet, close to store and restaurant.

No problem, could be a few more things on thier small breakfast bar.But as said, that was not a problem.

The room was dirty there was no soap or shampoo in the room there where people hanging out in the hallway and stairwell making me feel unsafe and uncomfortable also someone was pulling at my room door trying to get in at 2 in the morning

The convenience of booking last minute was the best part

The shower and fridge were leaking BAD and nobody did anything to fix the problem. They said they could have maintenance come up but by the time that happened it was time to check out

The quietness and the price

The big guy at the front desk with heavy glasses asking me when i checked out if i left the silverware clean and if i cleaned the coffee machine i told him yes but i found that as weird question to be asking the guest befor leaving!

Bugs, low water pressure, I had to change rooms because the first one smelled like cigar smoke and I know they would have charged me for it. The second room was bug infested.

Getting charged an additional $196.35 even though I left the hotel clean with no damage???

JUST AWEFUL THEY BROUGHT DOGS IN LARGE DOGS THEY BARKED FROM 1AM TO 5AM OWNERS WERE THROWING DOGS AGAINST THE WALL VERY HARD... SHOWING NO REGARDS FOR ANIMALS NOR PEOPLE

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT VISI I AM REQUESTING REFUND BECAUSE OF DOGS BARKING AND EXCESSIVE FIGHTING, EXCESSIVE NOISE AFTER 1AM

What I liked more about the hotel was that it felt safe and the quietness. I was able to get a full night sleep. Also that there were a lot of choices wen it came to food and a lot of stores too just in case I needed something

The location was good.

The hallway smelled like dirty diapers. The was no ice machine. The provided an empty ice tray instead. Which was no help. No plastic cups in the room.

Unfortunately the guests in the room next door were up all night partying . The walls seemed paper thin. If that didn¿t happen it would have been a much better experience. When I told

You have to go down and get the plates/ coffee maker/kitchen items from front desk. Hallways smelling pot as we entered. Not ideal for those who are staying with kids. Stain found on pillowcases and hair strands on towels. Gross!

The awesome staff . Great location and better parking than Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn that share a parking lot.

Black mould in shower tub on the shower wall handle. Floor throughout room very sticky. General condition of room, very old.
