Lack of parking due to construction

The staff is very accommodating and polite, the room is clean and breakfast is very good.

The people were the highlight of our experience. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling and greeting me and my family whenever we passed by the front lobby.

The swimming pool is warm, the gym is always clean, the rooms are so clean and fully stocked, one of the staff was just so nice and helpful he always helps us when needed, water is always available, thank you

The staff that checked me in looked like she didnt want to be there, never smiled and huffed as I requested an extra item for the room, like she didnt want to get up from the chair, it makes it uncomfortable to ask her for anything

Its the cleanest hotel we been to in Union city, my children like it a lot, we always get to choose our room, breakfast is amazing they love it, it has everything we need, and a few of the staff make us feel like very welcome to be there

Some of the staff looks serious and doesnt smile, was a little uncomfortable to approach them

The hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to. The free breakfast offered a number of options, not just prepackaged pastries. The staff was friendly.

Staff were courteous and helpful.

There little snack cafe could be a bit less expensive, but beggars can¿t be choosers.

Breakfast choices were excellent; waffles came out wonderful, crispy and light.

Do not get rooms next to trash pickup on Wednesday night or else will get wakened up by loud noises early Thursday morning.

It was clean. Service was quick. Staff was friendly

Complimentary breakfast should consider people that have dairy allergy. I would have liked to enjoy the waffles without butter in the waffle mix. I would have like a a bigger variety of fruit instead of just an orange and a banana. Get some berries

Room

Parking was terrible. No spaces available when we got there. I brought it up to staff and was told we could just park anywhere. This did not help since there was no where to park. Possible people shopping at mall or theater where parking there.

Came to this hotel for some self care with my kids and we stayed for a week and had a great time! It was quiet, clean and the hotel staff were so friendly and professional. When we dedicated to extend our stay they accommodated us to stay in the same room

Due to covid there was no regular breakfast just coffee, single packaged bagels and granola bars. But not their fault they have to follow all safety regulations. Will return when covid is over to experience the breakfast and all other amenities.

Cleanliness

Nobody was around when we checked in we had to wait for a few minutes before someone came .

convienient location. The front desk was easy to deal with. The front desk explained that normal services were limited during the covid-19 outbreak (no breakfast, no daily housekeeping except when specifically requested).

Although I was told maid service would only happen at my request, due to the covid-19 pandemic, they were in my room every day, unless I mentioned to to the front desk.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean room, nice breakfast.

The Crown hotel for years was the place we stayed due to proximity of our conference destination however, this newer option is also close (not as close) however it exceeds any service we have received in the past at Crown. Also enjoyed the full breakfast

The cleaning service tended to run into the early afternoon for recurring guests so when we would want to come back and rest, our room was busy. we would go down to lobby and wait, that happened 2 of 3 nights stay. It was simly the timing.

The front desk were all helpful and very courteous. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the pool was relaxing.

Its location is excellent as it has shopping opportunities nearby and within walking distance. The staff were fantastic in their warmth and friendliness and the coffee facility in the breakfast room was always a welcome opportunity to sit and relax.
