The bathroom has a smell to it. The reception was rude.

We liked that they had a hot breakfast, they bed was comfortable and they had water bottles they were giving away, along with flavored water.

The shower handle wouldn't turn. We had to call the front desk and came up to our room with WD40. She sprayed it on the handle and then it worked. The TV remote didn't work too. The pool wasn't available either.

Clean, big room, and comfortable bed. Good breakfast, easy check in, and pleasant staff. Reasonable rate. I¿ll return.

The room room was very noisy due to outside traffic of people driving without mufflers. With earplugs you could sleep. It was no fault of the hotel.

Staff was attentive, especially, hotel employee who checked us in and out who was great and pleasant to speak with. I like this hotel because it is close to multiple eating areas and shopping.

The stay was a bad experience. Heater wasn't working in our room and the last night we stayed it rained and leaked through the roof on top of one the beds while sleeping. Had to move us to another. It was an inconvenienced.

Location off the freeway, free parking and nice comp breakfast

This is our family's #1 favorite resting place when we stop in San Jose. The staff shows professional skills and friendly, nice people. Their breakfast room is a defenite PLUS.

We checked in late, the service was great with no problems very effortless & easy. The beds are very comfortable. The room was spacious, & able to use the pool in the morning with no problems. Great breakfast and selection! Definitely will stay again!

The vending machines didn¿t work for card or app or Apple Pay,

Free hot breakfast and parking. Bed and room were comfortable. Coffee and bottled water available in the lobby.

The water pressure is perfect in the showers. Keurig also cleaned very well. The printer and computer works well.

The pancake machine wasn¿t working.

Add bacon please to your breakfast that sausage and watered scrambled eggs are a no go! Pool should be a little warmer and longer hours Should have shuttle to DL

This is the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel and each time we left happily. We especially appreciate the young lady who serves breakfast because of the way she works, keeping the place clean and ready.

We would appreciate if there is drinking water in the room.

Friendly staff and very helpful.We arrived early asked to check in early we were told the room wasn't ready but that's understandable cause check in time is 3 the front desk clerk manage to check us in to another room thanks to her.I'll give her a 10

The room was disgustingly dirty, had mold all in the shower head. It squirted out with the water. We couldn¿t even shower! The worst part, my family of 4, put in a room with no working toilet!!!!I told the lady at the front desk, she did nothing about it

The property is very clean, updated, and located within walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants. The breakfast serves eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, pancakes, and a meat every morning along with fruit, juices, yogurt, and pastries.

Staff was not welcoming guests. The room smells and the hotel is dirty almost everywhere. My room was a connected room and I can here everything clearly next door.

Convenient to food & entertainment

AC unit in room made constant ticking noise even when turned off. Pool was closed.

It's near to everything like grocery, restaurant and cinema. The staff are very friendly. The room and pool is clean. Thank you Holiday Inn.

The receptionist was not professional. She could be heard cussing on a personal phone call while I was in the lobby.
